This is my general TOS

By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms.

Turnaround Time
• Completion time varies depending on motivation, mental health, workload, and real life circumstances.
• Turnaround may range from same day to approximately 6 months.
• I will provide updates throughout the process whenever possible.
• If you are not comfortable with potentially long wait times, please do not commission me.

Payments
• Payment plans are generally available for orders over $100.
• Orders under $100 must be paid in full upfront or after the sketch stage, depending on the commission.

Deposits & Payment Plans
• Any payments already sent for payment plan or payment before / after sketch commissioned work are non refundable.
• This protects the time and work already invested, including sketches and planning stages.
• If you suddenly cancel a commission after work has begun, previously sent payments will not be refunded unless specific circumstances.
• For adopts, all payments sent are non refundable if you disappear, stop payments without explanation, or otherwise abandon the agreement/ghost me.

Refunds
• Refunds may only be requested if:
• No updates have been provided for 6+ months.
• The commission has remained incomplete with no work, such as a sketch or update, for 4+ months.
• Exceptions may apply in cases involving illness, emergencies, or other major life circumstances.
• Refunds are not available once a commission is near completion.

Invoices & Payment Methods
• Cash App is my preferred payment method.
• PayPal invoices are available and generally preferred for larger payments.

Revisions
• Two sketch revisions are included.
• Additional revisions may require extra fees depending on complexity.
• Minor adjustments during the coloring stage are allowed.

Delivery
• Finished artwork will be delivered digitally after final payment is received.
• Please save your files after delivery. I cannot guarantee permanent file storage.

Usage Rights
• Commissioned artwork is for personal use only unless commercial rights are discussed and purchased separately.
• Commercial usage may require an additional percentage fee or flat fee.
• My artwork may not be used for AI training, NFTs, blockchain projects, or similar technologies.

Inspiration & Character Use
• Taking general inspiration from my work is fine and unavoidable.
• Do not directly copy my color palettes, trace my artwork, or use my personal characters as references for your own designs.

Artist Rights
• I reserve the right to post commissioned artwork on social media and include it in my portfolio unless otherwise discussed beforehand.
• Private commissions may require an additional fee.
• I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time. Any refund issued will depend on the amount of work already completed.

Conduct
• Disrespectful, inappropriate, or hostile behavior may result in commission cancellation.
• Future service may be refused at my discretion.

Content
• I reserve the right to accept or decline any commission request for any reason.

Agreement
• By commissioning me, you acknowledge these terms, whether or not you have reviewed them in full.
